The repeated false alarms have been incredibly disruptive to our daily lives in the building. We now fear that when a real alarm finally comes - we will not respond accurately. We are also quite disappointed with mail delivery and having to rummage through piles of packages that are thrown around the lobby area to find our own. A new improved system needs to be put in place asap.
Very responsive and fixed everything promptly.
