My toilet and sink were clogged. The maintenance men came within an hour of my reporting and fixed both! I was at work at feel very comfortable letting them come in and work in my absence. Great job.

Been here 6 years now - long enough to see new ownership and COVID, and other challenges. Still love my apartment, the clean dog walks, the neighbors, the area. My dog is happy here. Newest management experience (8/2024 to present) is way poorer then anything I have ever encountered. I especially love that South Orange only allows up to 5.5% rent increases annually.
