It took more than six months to properly fix it. I pay a fortune to live where maintenance fixes things but they usually can’t be bothered to get it right the first time

Been here 7 years now - long enough to see new ownership and COVID, and other challenges. Still love my apartment, the clean dog walks, the neighbors, the area. My dog is happy here. Experience here tends to vary greatly depending on the management in place. I especially love that South Orange only allows up to 5.5% rent increases annually.
