I visited the leasing office today to renew my lease. I was indecisive about whether I should stay in my current unit or move to a different unit that might suit my needs better. I worked with Keira a few different times in one day changing my mind back and forth. She was so professional, took extra time with me and was very friendly. Absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone at the leasing office, as a tenant. Ridiculous.
We rented a 2-bedroom first-floor apartment at Sofi Wood Ranch West, and honestly, it was a disaster. Please run from this place. At first, it looks nice from the outside—but once you start living there, everything changes. The walls and ceilings are extremely thin. You can hear every conversation from your neighbors, and they can hear you too. There is zero soundproofing. Even when it rains, it literally feels like it’s raining right on top of your head. I never even got to move into this place because they were unprepared. I cancelled my lease and got an email showing what I've paid and saying "your owed balance is $0" And they sent me to collections over $60 when I never got a bill from them in the first place. There's not enough words to describe how terrible this place is and how despicable the people are.
