Dear Property Management, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally raise my concern regarding ongoing maintenance issues in my unit at Sofi at Woodranch West. For nearly two months, both my stove and washing machine have been out of order. I have reported these problems to the property manager several times, both in person and through the leasing office. Jaden was a delight to work with. He communicated clearly, he knew the information about each unit we looked at. He was constantly checking in and answered all questions and was eager to be of assistance throughout the renting process.
