Do not use their investment accounts. They had my money held up for weeks with no option to withdraw.

Rubylene in the Phillipines call center provided excellent customer service. It was great to speak to someone so caring and personable.
This was one of the best banks I've ever used! Until they (without notice) shut down my bank account while I was out of state on vacation! They seemed to have an issue with telling me why my bank account was closed too. This was literally thee WORST experience I've had with a banking institution.
Applied for a loan. Got called once and was busy to answer back, so they left a message. Tried calling back with no luck. They immediately declined the next day without even trying to call me again. They also did a hard inquiry on my credit just for them to close my application. Thanks for that. At least i dodge a bullet with a company that does not care about the customer based on all the negative reviews.
