Will never go to the Express Clinic again. I was very sick with sinus infection. The receptionist was pleasant and nurse was very nice. The doctor was not professional at all. He walks in and says your nose is full of snot, can't you tell from the way you talk. Gave me antibiotic and here it is a week later and I am just as sick as I was when I went there. The doctor said he would give me a prescription for medication to put in my nose and didn't do that, so I called the next day and was told they would send a prescription t... read more
The care that I received here was great! Everyone that I spoke with was very friendly, and I appreciate that the nurse and doctor took their time to make sure they found what was going on with me, went over the recovery process, and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend SOFHA Express Care, and I will definitely come back in the future!
While it's best to make an appointment, the people are friendly, caring and very helpful

This place hasn't been open for long but I think it has the best staff of any Urgent Care's in Kingsport, TN. I went there on monday an from the person at the front desk to the Nurses and Dr everyone is wonderful. The nurse ask questions and was very nice and helpful. When the Doctor came in he ask questions and excepted what I told him. Gave me test and Xray researched the med's I had taken and gave me a lot better med. I am feeling a lot better now. I would go there over any of the rest in kingsport.
