Sophia was fabulous as always during my appointment, but I especially wanted to leave a review for Hannah. She handled an incredibly difficult situation with such professionalism and patience. A customer came in already upset, and despite Hannah trying multiple times to adjust the updo and make her happy, nothing seemed to satisfy her.
