They are in such a rush to make money that they don't give you all the necessary information for your procedure. I was not told that I needed a tight stocking after the procedure. I could have purchase online $20. Instead they charged me $60. Highway robbery. My wife had an appointment on a Saturday morning and was not told or received a code to get in the building.
