Dr. Soffer is a god send! I was a patient about 5 years ago and loved his bedside manner and overall willingness to not only help me but to explain things to me. Fast forward to this morning, i googled and by chance found him and his new office! I called hoping to get a cancellation appointment, to no avail. However, Karen told me she would talk to Dr Soffer and call me back. 20 minutes later i received the return call from Karen offering me an appointment THREE HOURS LATER ON THE VERY SAME DAY!
