Sofary Lighting is so awesome. I ordered two pendant lighting the second one got misplaced by FedEx. I contacted them immediately by email and they sent one from overseas as they were out of them in their local stores in the US and told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks. I waited patiently and it finally arrived yesterday evening on July 21, 2026. They kept their promise and they replaced it, now it’s complete for me. Thank you so much for your Customer Service service help , totally awesome. I definitely will re-order again
Sofary has an incredible selection of lighting options. We searched for almost a year to find the exact lighting fixtures we wanted for our dining room and kitchen island. We absolutely LOVE what we ordered. On one of the fixtures I had a concern about how one of the glass shades were supposed to be installed. I have bought & installed 13 chandeliers from Sofary lighting in my 2 brand new condos on the beach in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and 1 chandelier at my house in Parkland Florida, They all look and feel spectacular and cost an 1/8th of the price of other stores that do not have the selection Sofary has, We are still constructing and designing the interiors but I couldn’t wait so the first installations were these spectacular chandeliers from sofary, I love them all Maria Montalbano PA Realtor.
