I originally liked Sofary Lighting because they offered a blend of classic yet modern styles and their prices seemed incredibly fair considering the materials used. I ordered 3 light fixtures and I’m in love with the look of each one. The fixtures were packaged incredibly well, made of thick metal as advertised, and all the crystals are glass (not acrylic or plastic). Don’t buy from this company. They are lier . I order few chandelier and some calling lights from this company . And it’s almost 2 month still nothing came . Also it’s hard to communicate with customer service . And never pickup call .

My experience with Sofary Lighting has been deeply disappointing. I ordered chandeliers from their website, which were advertised as being delivered within two weeks. However, shortly after placing the order, I was contacted and asked to call regarding my purchase. I was then informed that the lights would be manufactured in China and take over two months to arrive—far from the original delivery timeline.
