Horrible communication and customer service. One item didn't come they ignored emails and attempts to reach them for a week. After chargeback posted they started responding, however I already have a chargeback. Would not use for anything serious.

I originally liked Sofary Lighting because they offered a blend of classic yet modern styles and their prices seemed incredibly fair considering the materials used. I ordered 3 light fixtures and I’m in love with the look of each one. The fixtures were packaged incredibly well, made of thick metal as advertised, and all the crystals are glass (not acrylic or plastic). Don’t buy from this company. They are lier . I order few chandelier and some calling lights from this company . And it’s almost 2 month still nothing came . Also it’s hard to communicate with customer service . And never pickup call .
