My experience with Sofary Lighting has been deeply disappointing. I ordered chandeliers from their website, which were advertised as being delivered within two weeks. However, shortly after placing the order, I was contacted and asked to call regarding my purchase. We ordered this light for a new closet. The chandelier arrived in perfect condition and exactly as described. The dimensions were accurate and the finished product is perfect.

Waste of time buying at SOFARY. These are available at much LOWER price and 3day delivery in Amazon with same quality. These reviews seems to be Fake!!! Have paid over $900 and waited for almost 2 months to get it delivered without any satisfaction. The strings that they provided did not align properly even after following the provided instructions(professional Installer). The response from them did not help in anyway coz you need to pay for the installation again which is not a small amount.

I was a little skeptical about a non storefront purchase but Sofary had the lighting pendants that I wanted. I purchased 3 pendant lights and they arrived in about a week. Two of the 3 pendants were in perfect condition. The 3rd was broken. I contacted customer service and another pendant was immediately sent. I was sent a new tracking number and Yannis in customer service even updated me on the arrival date when it was changed. Third pendant arrived intact. Cannot wait to see them installed!
