I new by the vibe when i walked in to this dealership that this was a dealership that played alot of games... i have bought alot of cars in my life time. Being transparent is very important .. Walked in looking to get a price for a Bronco.. Had pricing from other dealerships.. Asked receptionist to talk to sales person... Waited a good 10 minutes no salesperson.. Alex, one of the service advisors was great! I waited in the customer area while the 10,000 mile service was completed and was asked more than one time if I wanted water or coffee or needed anything while I waited. They ran my car through the car wash and I was on my way. Great customer service!
