Living at SoDo has been such an amazing experience! I never thought I would enjoy living in downtown this much. I booked a one-bedroom unit, and the balcony view is absolutely breathtaking. The only downside is that there’s no policy allowing DoorDash, Instacart, or other delivery drivers to drop off orders directly at the apartment, which can feel a bit inconvenient at times. Pros: 1.The rooftop pool/patio is amazing 2. Mostly young adults (south tower) 3. Cool management team who organize social events monthly 4. Apartments have well maintained, Modern finishes Cons: 1. A lot of Homeless in the surrounding area 2. Residents often don’t clean up after walking their dogs so the sidewalks are dirty 3. Every now and then an elevator breaks down But overall, definitely more pros than cons!
Every aspect of living here has been 10/10 experience so far.
I’ve been living at SoDo since 2023. I love the views, the swiftness of the maintenance team to take care of anything, and I love how the community here watches out for anybody’s safety and well-being.
