Terrible service. They agreed to store my car. Made an appointment to go by and look over the facility. Then no response from Adam or Kai. My time is valuable if they did not want the business just say so, but to jerk someone around for a week is poor business. Multiple requests for a lease agreement went not answered. Yes, 6 days is poor service.
