You can "starve" waiting for a referral to go through. There's got to be a better way than this. My referral was made on April 12, 2017 to SODEXO and I never received an answer or a phone call (and I left messages). I cancelled in a cell phone message (to both places). My family decided to pay someone outside the system instead. This is ridiculous to wait so long. I understand that I am not the only one but I just realized famine of this system is just part of the "traveling merchant"....
