Chris Sanders came out when we found out there was a leak from the roof they installed, it was on them, which is fine since they fixed it and he offered to pay for the repair to the ceiling drywall. The problem was that even after sending the bill, multiple emails, multiple calls (one of which he did answer saying he'd check in with the office), multiple calls to the office, and me attempting to go to the office multiple times during business hours, but no one was there, we still didn't get anything. This was a nightmare! I allowed this sneaky human to inspect my roof and he showed me all kinds damage. Met my adjuster here without me knowing the exact day or communicating at all! Then when doing the job they had loud music and even left BEER CANS IN MY YARD! Now the roof is done and the shingles are not even straight! I’ll post pics later! Do your self a favor and do not use Soderburg Roofing!
