Update January 2026: Sodalis has installed a new Executive Director and after a month, changes have been overwhelmingly positive. Staff has now changed over nearly 100%, but the new employees are courteous, caring and attentive. They actually come check on me regularly and respond to call button requests. First of all I would like to say my loved one has been here for one year, has there been turnover? Absolutely, but if you visit any assisted living or senior communities you will see turnover. The new ED Darla truly does seem to care about the residents and not treat them just as a dollar sign. The new nurse in the building is the first nurse I’ve seen in that building that is on the floor with residents and family members addressing concerns, she seems to be there every time I visit! We have had only good experiences at Sodalis Flower Mound. My mom has been here for 3 years now, and she is thriving here, because all her needs are being met. The staff is really top-notch, and our family is so thankful that she is in good hands here.
The people at Sodalis treat me so well. The staff are very professional and take care of my needs with great love & consideration.
