Darla Wright at Sodalis is the best thing since sliced bread. Darla is the director, and let me tell you she is a hard worker with a heart of gold. My mom has lived in quite a few assisted living places, and Darla is the best director of them all! Darla is absolutely wonderful and amazing and advocates for all of her staff and residents. The entire staff has been excellent to work with. As a home care provider it makes my job much easier and more enjoyable to have a staff like this!

Sodalis / Flower Mound was the first assisted living facility my husband and I toured when searching for a home for his stepmother. We were immediately impressed with the cozy, homey atmosphere, the cleanliness, and various staff we interacted with. Every other facility we toured did not come close to comparing with Sodalis, and we moved my mother-in-law in three weeks ago. My mother is so happy living at Sodalis. The staff is simply amazing. My mother feels very comfortable and cared for here. The chef prepares delicious food daily; I’ve really enjoyed the meals I’ve shared with my mother. The staff goes above and beyond with their compassion and kindness. I highly recommend Sodalis to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones.

Update: Few months ago I left a good review, not exactly sure what is going on at Sodalis lately. Mom has complained the food has gone down hill and few mornings, no cook at all and was only offered cold cereal, unacceptable for what we pay!! Not only that, but the caregivers had to prepare the food, we pay so much to live here and are told 3 hot meals and sometimes they just order pizza because no cook. While pizza is a nice treat, it’s not the healthiest for seniors to be eating just because it’s convenient for the communi... read more
