Decent sod. Delivery was the problem, the never knocked or let us know they were here so they dropped it at the curb without ringing the doorbell or letting us know they were here. The delivery was for 16,500 feet, enough for half an acre. We needed it dropped in certain places to make our lives easier but they were unwilling to come back to help us with it. Very upset with how the delivery went down and cost us a lot more time than it needed to.
Excellent customer service. I used them last year when I sided my backyard. I used them this year to finish the front yard.
No complaints here! Sod King was excellent with their communication, keeping us up to date on when sod was going to be delivered and how to care for it afterwards. I initially got in touch with them by requesting a quote from their website and they got back to me within 2 hours. The product itself was delivered in a timely manner and they've been great to work with. Special kudos to Sarah who was our main point of contact.
