There is a house being worked on by SOD home group in my neighborhood. Its been work in progress for over three years now and no progress is being made. Its an ugly eyesore. Either finish the home or tear it down.

SOD Home Group remodeled our kitchen, back entry and upgraded the wood floors, staircases and the 2 fireplaces we have. They kept the work within the agreed budget, completed the work on time and they were talented people to work with... And most of all… the final remodeling project came out awesome! We are so excited to share my experience! We received several estimates and went with SOD Home Group because of their quality of work and honesty. Our project manager, Oren, was upfront from the beginning. He explained they weren’t the cheapest, but we would get excellent service and high-quality work. I hired Oren and SOD to do a major construction and remodel project back in 2015. We received a number of bids and went with SOD b/c they were most competitive, organized, and responsive. Oren took the time to understand our project and vision for the remodel. He said "once you're a customer, you're always a customer" and stayed true to that statement. We hired Oren and his professional team to remodel our master bathroom, guest bathroom, and kitchen, on top of removing some lighting, and to install recessed lights in the entire second floor.
