Has “lost” account paperwork multiple times causing multiple trips, lost time and gas, and schedule changes to be told it’s all good…then a few months later…we have no paperwork on file for that. Only reason for 2 stars is they are open later on Saturdays. If you’re looking for a financial institution, cross this one off your list.
