What a horrible experience, I brought my 87 year old dad for an office visit with pulmonary issues and on arrival we sign in after 90 minutes of waiting time a nurce come out and ask us if we sign in , we did, immediately they brought my dad into a waiting room for another hr , the other issues come out with the nurse do to lock of information and communication and my dad continues with the same problem from 3 months ego I have to come from Houston to help him and all we have is this horrible customer service and negligence ... read more
I called to confirm the time of an appointment on the same day, and the AI system said someone would call me back within 24 hours. What’s the point of that? It didn’t give me any clear info just told me to show up. This is really frustrating and not helpful when time-sensitive care is involved. Please bring back a real receptionist or fix the AI system so it actually serves patients' needs.
Don’t like the new AI phone system..
My Rx from my visit on Tuesday 7/8/2025 weren't sent to my pharmacy, so my Rx wasn't filled and I tried to contact the office and could not convience the AI to connect me to a human😭😭😭
