Don’t like the new AI phone system..
My Rx from my visit on Tuesday 7/8/2025 weren't sent to my pharmacy, so my Rx wasn't filled and I tried to contact the office and could not convience the AI to connect me to a human😭😭😭
I'm really not a fan of the new AI answering system at Dr. Garrigos' office.
I was recently recommended to this clinic and decided to give it a try, and let me tell you it was worth it. From the medical assistant Jason asking me everything he had to ask me while making me feel welcomed and not judged. To the NP Jessica Ramos not only helping me with my problems but also guiding me to the right path. Even the student that was with her made me feel welcomed. I will forever recommend this place and hope everyone gets the same experience I did:)
