I do not recommend this office due to their scheduling mistakes and inability to rectify them. After the first incorrect appointment, we came back for a second time with my 2-year-old daughter. We waited, only to be told that they had made another mistake—the doctor was actually at a different office. I was advised to either reschedule for a third visit or wait an additional 1 hour to possibly see another doctor (that’s after already waiting for 30 min). This is absolutely unacceptable. My two daughters have been seeing Dr. Lo since birth. He is the best doctor ever! So caring and knowledgeable. I recommend him all the time.

My child is having major what I believe to be major asthma issues. She is NOT sick at all. They will not let me make any upcoming follow up appointment for her as suggested by urgent care. They are making me call every day exactly at 7:45 with the same day sick kids to try to get her in like a lottery to be seen by a different random doc. Also, we do have jobs ya know, just let us make an appt ! They only make same-day sick appointments but they all fill up by 8:30AM, so if you want to make an appointment you have to call at 7:45AM. So good luck if your child starts feeling unwell at 8:30AM. They'll recommend you go to an Urgent Care and then guess what?! The Urgent Care will tell you to see your pediatrician. Then, your pediatrician won't see your child if they're sick because you have to make a same-day sick appointment.
