We've been patients here for a year. I do not understand why nobody picks up the phone. We ALWAYS wait at least 15-30 minutes for anyone to answer the phone. Does not matter what time of day. It is unbelievably frustrating. Whenever I opt to have someone call me back instead of waiting on the phone we never get a call back.
Dr. James Su, Pediatrics even the nurse who received us at Ladera Ranch never asked us about the medications our son takes. They did not even look at his record (addiction, psychiatric treatments, therapies, visit to psych ward). Dr Su refused to do drug test on because he “did’t want to break the trust“ with our son. When they received our son, our son was emotional, upset, and talked about fear and had elevated blood pressure. He told the nurse he wants to talk with the doctor alone. Great office. It seems the phone is the biggest issue. The Doctors are all amazing and the best around for your little ones. Wish they could fix it. I’ve noticed a lot of Dr offices are like this now.
We’re visiting out of state, I called the office today and was able to get a same day appointment with Dr. Herrera for my 3 yo son. She was so quick and helpful diagnosing my son with the issue he’s been having for over a week. So happy I came across this practice. Thank you Doctor & staff.
My son has been at this doctors office since he was born everyone has been so wonderful when it comes to scheduling appointments or need to come in without notice but I do wanna point out one doctor Dr. Kennedy who has been seeing my son I don’t know I want to say for seven or eight years my son has been going through a lot of different changes with different issues that he’s handling and anytime I call the office and I need to talk to Dr. Kennedy even if he is not available right when I call he always calls me back no matte... read more
