I HAVE LIVED AT DEER PALMS APTS FOR OVER 12 YEARS. THE MANAGERMENT HAS ALWAYS BEEN PROFESSIONAL AND CARING. WE MAY HAVE HAD ONE OR TWO MANAGERS THAT DID NOT WORK OUT, BUT YOU CAN REST ASSURE THAT OUR REGION MANAGER BRIANA TOOK CARE OF THE ISSUES. I AM HAPPY TO SAY THAT OUR MANAGER IZAMAR IS THE BEST MANAGER. SHE STAYS ON TOP OF ALL THE PROBLEMS. THANK YOU, DEER PALMS, FOR ALLOWING ME TO LIVE HERE IN MY RETIREMENTS YEARS. GOD BLESS. I have lived here 7 years. Maintenance has improved a lot. Isamar and Sol are friendly and helpful with any complaints I may have. No more trash left around the back of the one bedroom apartments. I know how to turn off the water from the shut off valves in the bedroom closet of the one bedrooms. If a water leak happens on a weekend I can turn off the sinks, bathroom and tub separately.

I’m the process of filing lawsuit against Tropicana Property Management for false damage allegations and wrongful withholding of my security deposit. Please email me at beverlyannemiranda@gmail.com if you experienced a similar issue. The management retaliated against me because I moved out due to a proven safety concern. Because management could not legally refuse to terminate my contract they claimed false damage and kept my entire security deposit. Fortunately I have pictures to disprove their claims.
