Dealing with this place has been frustrating. I came in asking if they can help me with my adhd rx. They said yes and scheduled an apt for the next day at 1030. I was there at 10 with my paperwork filled out but didn't get called until around 11, after other people. As I was leaving I made sure to ask about my refill. They said they had to have a doctor sign so I let them know that if there was an issue, to let me know so I could make an apt with a psychiatrist if needed. The Clinic overall is very professional and well organized. Santos, Fabiola, Alex, Justine, Joann, and other staff were very welcoming and helpful during my clinical rotation there. Santos is very informative and educational. I learned so much from this clinic and I truly appreciate all their help and making it easy for me for my last semester. Their system covers all basis and preventative care for all their patients. Well worth the visit for any patient looking for a new primary provider. Thank you all.
It’s so convenient from where I’m located. They have been nothing but helpful towards me and all my issues since day one. I personally recommend NP Santos Aguirre, he doent give me attitude like NP Salciedo does. And the front desk person Joann is always extremely helpful when I need something like referrals or anything.
