SFO location - worst customer service ever.
The chocolates here are awesome with very unique Vietnamese flavors. I got the Little Saigon box for my friend and a Catalyst Collection box for myself. I totally forgot to take photos but the artwork on the little square chocolates are so cute and the magnetic box is pretty. The Jasmine Tea and the Guava are my favorites so far, I definitely gotta go back to get myself some more flavors 😋 Their chocolate boxes are perfect to give as a gift.
I was on the hunt for locally made treats in SF (other than my "usuals") to gift to friends abroad—and let's be honest, I wanted something for myself too —when I thought of Socola. I had scoped out their website beforehand and was excited to try some of their AAPI-themed chocolate bar flavours. Purchased some chocolate at the SFO airport location. Only purchase I made in San Francisco with my card. Lo and behold my credit card was stolen. Chocolate is probably fine but made bitter by having to contest fraudulent charges. You guys are shady or your employees are. Might want to clean house.
Delicious chocolate. Highly recommend. Even the flavors that you think you won't like are good. Where else can you get durian or Pho flavored chocolate? Nowhere. My personal favorite is the guava flavor.
