I'd never heard of this chocolatier until my cousin told me it's actually a big deal. After trying it, I can now see why. The chocolates here are awesome with very unique Vietnamese flavors. I got the Little Saigon box for my friend and a Catalyst Collection box for myself. I totally forgot to take photos but the artwork on the little square chocolates are so cute and the magnetic box is pretty. The Jasmine Tea and the Guava are my favorites so far, I definitely gotta go back to get myself some more flavors 😋 Their chocolate boxes are perfect to give as a gift.

I was on the hunt for locally made treats in SF (other than my "usuals") to gift to friends abroad—and let's be honest, I wanted something for myself too —when I thought of Socola.
