Replaced my roof. Found a leak 6 months later. They blamed it on an internal gutter system not the fact the flashing was done incorrectly and corners were cut to get the job done. Absolutely no offers of reconciliation when I told them the true cause of the issue. They were content with me using another business. Definitely care more about the bottom line than your roof.
