After we agreed to the very workable terms they were very expedient on getting the project started and finished. Colton Holsonback was very professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. He came by and made sure that everything was going good the day of and also made sure all of the clean up was taken care of. ****Since the completed roof 3 years ago, we noticed water damage on the ceiling in the dining area. I reached out to SOCO since I had a 5 year warranty for them to come check it out.
