Total con artists.... was lied to routinely. They would half ass fix stuff. The house was in horrible condition upon move in. They said our credit was bad but if we put down twice as much for the deposit and and extra $100 q month on rent, they would rent to us. They would lie about repairs, replacing $5 dollar parts on the water heater but charging the home owner for a new complete unit.
