What a wonderful company! Jenna the owner retrieved an order from the post office. I ordered wrong product she went to the post office found the parcel and replaced it for me with correct product! Who provides this customer service anymore? No One I’ve come across in recent years. I can’t wait to review their wonderful products. I will forever be loyal customer! Thank you Jenna ! You’re WONDERFUL ❤️❤️

Theresa was great and I left with a hairstyle that worked for my face and the type of hair I have which isn’t easy. I can wash my hair brush it out and leave home!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH! There was a mistake with my order so I reached out and they answered me very kindly and in a very timely manner. Within 2 days, iHad my new order and a cute "i'm sorry" card. Mistakes happen! When iSaw the wrong item, iJust shrugged, messaged them and voila! problem fixed. In this crazy world, kindness goes a long way! Thank you Jena & Team!

Love love soco lashes, what they stand for & how genuine this brand is! Not only do they have amazing customer service but their products are amazing! Their primer, sealer & Stay a While glue are my favorite products out there for amazing retention! Tried other glues & they don’t compare! I’m a beginner lash artist & this glue is a game changer, it makes it easy for me!
