Will ALWAYS call him first from now on. My ‘12 VW Routan broke down in October and within a couple days he got it back up. I was about to junk it because every shop I called, didn’t want the job, they referred me to transmission shops even though I explained the situation. I had a minor accident late on a Friday night while visiting family in Bristol. Unbelievably there is no repair shop opened on Saturday so I saw that the minor auto mechanic was open for business so I sent him a text. He came Saturday afternoon and tirelessly worked on my exhaust system which seperated during the accident. I want to make this clear, he NEVER gave up on the repair. Called him he came out went picked up part he disappeared until 12-1am knocked on the door worked a little while left me said he'd be back in a couple hours then when he left texted me said it would be 9-9:30. It's 3:30 pm. I had to get another motel with money I couldn't spare, very unprofessional and he won't answer my calls not reliable.
