Improper lip waxing technique incident. I came in a few weeks ago for an upper lip wax. Rachel and Jodi had a young girl that is training do my lip waxing. The young girl waxed my lip with strips over seven times on each side. Both Rachel and Jodi watched this happen and never stepped in to help. Finally the young girl asked Rachel for help. Society the Salon is by far my favorite salon in town. The staff is always friendly and inviting. The customer waiting area has a Keurig and water available. The front area is full of great natural lighting which is perfect for waiting guests and there beautiful plants! Plus they have fun pop up parties throughout the year which is good time. I mainly see Rachel and Jodi for my cut and color, but have seen Jenna work while I'm there. All three gals are extremely professional and pleasant to be around. I always feel listened ... read more
