I had a truly awful experience with Amanda and feel completely taken advantage of. I was in the salon for seven hours, during which she barely explained anything, kept me turned away from the mirror the entire time, and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I asked for a dimensional golden blonde — something realistic and clearly communicated with reference photos — but what I left with was dark, patchy, uneven color with visible demarcation lines and red undertones I never asked for.
