Being used to Strong smoke flavor in barbecues, this barbecue was lackluster. Had decent flavor but the chicken was dry. Definitely need to send their Pitmasters to Texas to learn how to smoke the meats properly, as there was more smoke flavor in the barbecue sauce than there was on the meat. Also they were allowing people to smoke cigarettes on the patio during non-smoking hours. Hard to enjoy a meal when you have smoke floating around you when it shouldn't be...
Wow, I didn’t expect the food to be this good with the Happy Dad Hart seltzer to wash it down. It was amazing. I got the pulled pork potato skins. Three of those will fill you up stacked super high with delicious pulled pork and just cooked perfectly. I ordered the brisket with garlic mashed potatoes. They are strict with their processes. You need to have your id and can not enter ever without being checked first. Once in, pool is a separate tab from the bar/food. Its all pricey. $18 an hour for tables. They have five 9 foot tables downstairs and four 9 foot tables up stairs.
Food is pretty food, drinks are expensive compared to other local sports but the atmosphere is incredible for ufc events. I have worked in the restaurant industry for seven years And I spoke with some of the staff since the wait time for food and drinks was unreasonably long. They expressed to me that there Is a consistent issue with understaffing Which makes them overwhelmed. I saw they were like only two or three servers for an entire packed restaurant/bar. Very, very nice 9' pool tables at hourly rates and a fantastic staff. They kindly allowed a couple of middle aged guys to occupy a table for way too many hours on a weekday afternoon/evening. Maybe the best pool hall experience I've experienced. And I've been to MANY pool halls. Thank you, Society PB! Don't change a thing!
