I love this nail salon! I am always greeted by the owner, Dawn,with a smile and a happy welcome! Dina is one of the best Nail artists I have ever had! She’s extremely gentle, quick and does a superb job! I would choose her over anyone that I use in Cleveland, Ohio:-). The salon itself is gorgeous, clean and bright. I highly recommend Society Nails!

I’ve been a repeat customer here and was generally satisfied with the services, which is why this situation was so disappointing. I was originally charged $30 for a gel pedicure multiple times. On recent visits, I was suddenly charged $45 for the exact same service. When my sister called ahead to confirm pricing, she was also told $30, yet I continued to be charged more. It was my first and last visit. I left with my heel bleeding and multiple fingers cut from the dremel tool. I am beyond dissatisfied.
