As an agent Society is my top choice for many of my accounts. Their new quoting system is smooth and accurate. Our Underwriter Tiffany Kania is understanding and efficient as well. It is nice having an Underwriter that you can build a great working relationship with! I recommend Society for a lot of risks especially bars/restaurants and contractors.
Society has always taken amazing care of my clients. Their coverage form is robust, claims are responsive, and their pricing is fair and adequate. I appreciate that their underwriting is consistent, and they truly care about their insureds.
I am elevating the rating from a 1 to 3 based on Jake's phone call. I was frustrated with the process but I appreciated his call to explain to me how settlement was determined. Nice of him to call to explain their point of view, and doing so many months post settlement. I think my problem was more directed at their client than them.
