Lived here since the mid 1990s & I love it. Grew up here as a kid & its only gotten better. 24/7 711 right across the street, pool in the summer, diligent land scaping in Spring/Summer/Fall snow plows plow here early & often during snow storms. People are private and quiet but not unwelcoming or unfriendly. It’s a wonderful place right on the Bedford boarder with easy quick access to the highways North & South.
The towing here is ridiculous, I had the pass on my dash (I forgot to hang it, the pass was upside down but was viewable from the outside of the car) but apparently people were complaining that the towing company was looking in car windows, so the towing company is now only allowed to look at the rear view mirror for the pass. I do understand that there needs to be a system in place so the residents have enough parking spots, but it feels violating to know that a predatory towing company comes to check my car almost every ni... read more
They tow cars daily. Buyers / renters beware. Ask Merrimack PD if you don't believe me. Place is awful
To echo what others have said, towing is a huge problem and has been for years. My wife and countless others have been towed. We moved. Also dog feces everywhere. Bad vibes there. Packages stolen 50% of time. Any other place in Merrimack is better
They tow a lot of cars there. Con artist run the place. Many angry residents. Buyers / renters beware
