Work with and for the people. Don't continue being so myopic and selfish. #savecareycottage
This organization has no regard for historic preservation. They are DEMOLISHING the Carey Cottage in Portsmouth in July. Please do not support this organization, they do not deserve your donations. Their Board members have to live the rest of their lives knowing that they destroyed a historic landmark and robbed future generations. By demolishing Carey Cottage they are actually creating a larger carbon footprint than if they preserved it. The Society clearly does not care about conservation or the legacy of their community.
Work with the public to save Carey Cottage.
Save Carrey Cottage!! y’all suck!! Nobody likes you!!
Carey Cottage, Carey Cottage, Carey Cottage!
Apparently they also destroy historic structures like Carey Cottage!
Stop the insanity!!! Why would you destroy one of just a few last standing historic homes like the Carey Cottage! I find it completely ironic your mission is to save the forests yet you have no problem destroying such an historic gem as the Carey Cottage!! Trees can be planted, historic buildings can never be replaced, remember the Concord Train Station...don't be fools like the ones who destroyed that building and regretted it till this day!
