AS LONG AS HUMANISTIC JUDAISM IS PRO ISRAEL I AM PRO HUMANISTIC JUDAISM. JEWS STILL NEED THEIR COUNTRY, THIS IS THE REALITY OF THE WORLD. RIGHT?

If it were not for Humanistic Judaism, I would not have belonged anywhere. I am always grateful that Rabbi Sherwin Wine stood his ground and created this 5th branch of Judaism which gave us wings to soar beyond our roots.

So thankful for SHJ and my local Humanistic Synagogue that we can thrive in a community rich in Jewish culture and humanity while keeping any of the "G-d" stuff at home (for those who want it). Our community is vibrant and active and agnostic, and the families range from atheists to questioning to believers, and from those raised Jewish, to intermarried, to those who want to learn about and love our culture.
