I've been going to Annie for about 5 years and she is a great stylist as well as a lovely person. This month I brought a picture of a bob haircut, as my longish hair with long bangs wasn't doing it for me anymore. She was happy to give me input regarding what would work with my hair vs the picture and suggested a couple of modifications. I agreed and she then did a great job of giving me a completely new look.
