Veey rude called to cancel apppintment and the lady was like ok bye without asking any questions or what they could do. Dont recommend this place at all
Dr. Lozada Was friendly at first but became verbally abusive when I told him I could feel everything when he was pulling and grinding my tooth out of my gums. He said “if you can’t take the pain, I can’t help you”. I was silently crying from the pain. He was really going to allow me to leave with one half a tooth!! I hope he gets fired. (This was back in 2017) I don’t understand why my comment says “10 months ago”
He was horrible, abusive and mean. I've never been treated like that by a dentists or doctor, EVER!! SHAME ON YOU! DR. ITALO LOZADA.
People can be so ignorant. Dr. Italo Lozada has not been practicing at that location for over two years. This is a dental office not a psychology clinic, so if you are looking for meditation and or relaxation sessions, you are in the wrong place. People come here to have a procedure done not for mental comfort. Get your facts straight before you post ignorant comments, these are the most friendly and professional staff I've met. They don't get paid to treat entitled ignorant people.
