Worst office ever. Spent over an hour on hold to schedule an appointment. By the time we finally got ahold of someone we let her know that there was 4 of us that needed an appointment for all of us. She told us we could all come in at the same time. We thanked her for her time. We had to take off work the day of the appointment because we live so far away.
