Worst office ever. Spent over an hour on hold to schedule an appointment. By the time we finally got ahold of someone we let her know that there was 4 of us that needed an appointment for all of us. She told us we could all come in at the same time. We thanked her for her time. We had to take off work the day of the appointment because we live so far away. On phone for 1hr 30 min then nasty women was to be call in 7 days didn't happen so i called to sending letter on a day i have a Doctors Appt. ask for another time she would not give me one Out until June 26,2025 Trump needs to fix this place remove these lazy people our tax dollars pay I have waited up to 4hr 15min I called the White House got what I needed

The SSA employee helping out customers is not a happy employee and isn't ashamed to show it. Never a smile on his face. I don't think he likes his job. Been there a few times, so it's not just because of the new administration he is working under. Just generally an unhappy guy.
