I'm battling Cancer, everything is difficult right now, however there was a wonderful light at the end of this afternoons tunnel. Had no appointment this time and didn't wait very long. Everyone was pleasant and helpful, including the security guard
Honestly, pretty terrible. I literally was on hold for 50 minutes waiting. They hung up on me. No one spoke to me. And I’ve been trying to call them constantly, and the phone keeps dropping.

It's disgusting. This place is ridiculous a bunch of windows and only 1 was open. People waiting for hours. How a government office gives us taxes payers the minimum attention.
