I had a phone call with Mrs E regarding benefits, she was so patient with explaining everything I needed to know she was wonderful
Tip— Don’t bother making an appointment just walk-in when you have the time to wait. It doesn’t help you get seen any sooner and you will still wait hours. 1 out of 14 windows open and the appointment doesn’t matter. Walk-ins called before appointments. Averaged 1 number called per hour during my time waiting.
This was the first very bad experience I’ve had with this Social Security Office,. I unfortunately had the agent who only gave her name as Mrs. B. The only way I can describe it as she was professionally unhelpful. We are in preparation for Retirement. She totally confused me by stating that the Social Security benefit that we are to receive was only an estimate . I'm battling Cancer, everything is difficult right now, however there was a wonderful light at the end of this afternoons tunnel. HUGEST SHOUT OUT IN THE WORLD TO "MARK" from The Social Security Administration in Newton NJ. This poor man was an absolute TROOPER!
