Social Security Advisors were able to provide specific answers that were very relevant for my filing questions. They were able to provide 2 scenarios that allowed me to pick the best time for file for benefits. This was very good for me to help make decisions. Matt the CEO took extra time to directly show me how they derived their answers. I think they are a valuable resource and best to do some research on your own first to be able to ask good questions. I think SSA is a good value for the money.
They double charged me on their SS advice/IRMA dispute service. The companies Principal Mathew Allen told my wife and myself that the total charge for both services would be $399.99 which we agreed to. Then we noticed a separate charge of $199.99 in addition to the $399.99. I contacted the companies Principal directly on several occasions who tried to tell me that it was for two IRMA filings when we only filed one for me but they still did not refund the $199 overcharge. They are a rip off they claimed they could help reduce a social security overpayment they did nothing to reduce the overpayment and after being asked they refuse to return my 250.00 deposit don't waste your time or money
