Schedule my appointment received my control number 3 weeks ago was in and out within 30min arrived at 11:30am ..best time to go! Also they don’t take birth certificates for minor kids must have shot record or health insurance card along with your id.
Being a Federal Building I am unable to take photos. Currently involved with a Foster Kinship Care Case and needed the children's SS Cards. Took the paperwork there yesterday. While waiting there was an announcement stating unless you have an appointment you will be waiting for hours & once at the window you will only be scheduled for an appointment to come back duetothe government shutdown. CHEATS!!!! Online and person on phone validated ss benefit to be X on bday. Applied 2 months after bday and it had increased by 9$/month. received letter and it's magically down by 52$/month. Try to call to resolve. Got a fast talking spanish as first language person we could not understand. Requested transfer to a supervisor or english as first language speaker.
