One of the worst experiences of my life
Completely incompetent people working here. Went to show proof of ID to process my SS benefits. Waiting 4 hours, I gave my ID and filed out the forms to a Black woman named J. CLARK. She said she uploaded the documents and ID to the processing center as I was in front of her. She gave me a copy with a stamp on it, and she signed it as we.
