Why have the option to make an appointment if they are just going to call people in order of arrival? I have taken time off work twice now to try and get this done, and I spend so much time waiting (even though I have a scheduled appointment time) I just end up needing to go back to work and try again another day. Ridiculous system.
They helped my close friend out with getting her money they are so helpful I would recommend this office they go above and beyond.
I have needed help twice and my "region" office never answers the phone, so I called here. Twice I have spoken with Stephanie who has been incredibly patient and helpful in explaining what I have needed. This lady needs a raise!!
(The Lady at window 1 was very polite and helpful) My pregnant (with twins) wife and I came at 10:30 to change her social. We ended up waiting almost 2 hours in a hot muggy waiting room so a bunch of j1s could get their visas. (Van after van full) First come first served doesn't exist. A guy next to me who was there when I arrived was still waiting after we arrived. When I first walked in I said hi to the old guy at the counter next to the kiosk and as I was talking he cut me off, he was really rude to me I feel like, I don't see why either because he was just sitting there doing nothing and it was just me in there. The other lady I talked to was normal she helped me with my name change and told me to have a nice day which I like so thank you.
