Went on a Tuesday @9a and it was a breeze. Especially for the task at hand, it didnt take more than an hour, including the wait.
Sat on hold for exactly 1/2 which was the predicted time I was prepared for. At exactly the time I was to be connected to someone, we got disconnected. This has happened at least 2 other times. Horrible that they offer this service but cant get connection accurate. Frustrating
Why have the option to make an appointment if they are just going to call people in order of arrival? I have taken time off work twice now to try and get this done, and I spend so much time waiting (even though I have a scheduled appointment time) I just end up needing to go back to work and try again another day. Ridiculous system.
They helped my close friend out with getting her money they are so helpful I would recommend this office they go above and beyond.
