The staff were very kind and helpful. It DOES take a long time to get in, and you MUST have an appointment. Make your appointment as early as possible, and take it from there!
Calling the office has always been a chore. Always someone who doesn’t really want to help, and having to figure it out on your own. I will say Brandon the rep there is amazing. He took the time to explain our problem and went over forms I didn’t completely understand. Hands down the best Representative there. Thank you so much Brandon for all your hard work and being kind. You made me feel like I was heard and not feel like a burden. Thank you again.
Horrible, walked in no one there. Needed to order a replacement card for neice. Got told I had to make an appointment. No one was there.... no line no people waiting.... no willingness to help... the appointment t is over a week away.could have been handled in 5 mins..... .
After waiting 2 hours for the national hotline, called Frankfort office specifically to make an appointment to change name after marriage. Staff member told me I did not need an appointment and to walk in with license and marriage license. Arrived at facility, just to be told I needed an appointment to change my name. Worker was extremely rude and unprofessional. EDIT: went from 1 star to 3 stars. I've called every day for 3 weeks waited on hold been put in the cue and still haven't been able to talk to anyone. Ive been waiting on my son's backpack since April and till haven't received it.
