I’ve been on the phone for 8 minutes now and I just keep getting a ringing tone as if someone will pick up and then it goes to the waiting music. Finally, Ms. Yolanda pick up the phone and she was VERY sweet and helpful.
Spoke with a representative she was not helpful at all i told her we had to be out of town for my brothers funeral she had no compassion to the situation and she hung up before I was even done explaining the issue
I had a very wonderful experience with both ladies who answered my questions and gave me information that I needed regarding age and retirement. So very thankful for their assistance.
