I went there yesterday to change my name on my social security card. The gentleman at the door, was nice and friendly ... The lady who waited on me, was very friendly and joked around with me, as we were finishing my online application by adding my documents needed. I was worried at first with all the bad reviews but, I was in and out of there within 10 mins. Zero issues ..
