I think they all should have to take sensitivity training experiencing with each of the ailments and illness that their applicants call in with, outside of mental illness, can't 3-D experience psychosis. Or maybe...A day spent in a pair of cobble toe disability shoes.
Costumer service could improve immensely at this branch. I believe some employees could use lots of training on how to treat customers. This are well paid federal employees who are rarely welcoming, always in a hurry and seem in a bad space. Guy on window 7 could improve a lot !
Had a phone appointment for 10:30am. It's now 11:30am and I am still waiting. I have called a dozen times. They act like we dont have other things going on in our lives. But guess what? My kid is still disabled so why are we even doing this?
Joe, was very helpful and professional. He explained for us ,and took care of things we needed. I am very grateful for the service we received from Joe.
Only one office with a few people that are not nice for the whole Madison area. Horrible place. Terrible service. They should all be fired and start all over again
