It was very fast..and I have a Service Animal it was pretty quiet and I wasn't asked a load of questions about her. We did what we had to do and was out of there in about 5 minutes!
Rude and unprofessional staff. I was not given a chance to explain my situation, was spoken to aggressively, and when I struggled to respond due to my disability, they hung up on me. Completely unacceptable behavior for an SSI office.
Communication was clear and my issue was promptly and easily resolved. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The office is small but decently maintained and appropriately set up. No complaints!!
