I make it my usual training run. It's a great place to make new running friends, no matter how fast, or slow, you may be.
This is the perfect solution for runners who usually have to do most of their training solo. Runners are friendly and very encouraging. Runners of all levels, help motivate you to just run, or push you to run a little faster and improve your times. Get out there and make new running friends!
Had such a great time!! Defiantly will be back to enjoy more runs!!
