Don't move here! Horrible management. Absolutely no hot water for the 6 months I've been here. Water keeps getting turned off and you're lucky if they notify you after the fact. They'll walk into your apartment with no notice. The year that I lived there, they've gone through 6 property managers. I still keep up with my friends that still live there and they got another new manager. And the maintenance crew also had a high turn around. First of this place is far from 5 star. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING This apartment is a complete nightmare. It’s infested with rats, has mold growing in multiple areas, and management does absolutely nothing about it. The property manager, Pam, is extremely rude and unprofessional — she ignores complaints, gaslights tenants, and treats you like you’re the problem for asking for basic living conditions.
