I’ve been coming to this salon for years and have always loved the service, which is why this is disappointing to write. Lately, pricing has been inconsistent. Each visit seems to cost something different for what feels like the same service, making it hard to know what to expect. I went there consistently for 2 years, today I was told I would have to wait 30 minutes and someone would call me, I waited for over 30 minutes and when I got back inside they told me they attempted calling and could not do my nails again. Waste of my time, horrible service and I will NEVER go back here.
I will never come back to this place. When I walked in there was a lady paying for services and I waited behind her. Another lady walks in and she walks to the other side of the desk where some workers were obviously working on something and not tendingto customers. After the lady in front me walks out I walk up to sign in and the girl greets the other woman and ask how can she help her. Am I invisible? Is it because im black and she was white?
