I’m very sad to be writing this review, as I’ve been coming here for years and have always had great experiences. Unfortunately, today was not the same. I usually get my nails done by Andrew, but since he is out of town, I tried a new technician. I specifically requested gel nail polish on my Gel-X, but he began performing a completely different service. After a polite discussion with him and the manager, the service still did not improve.
